The murder trial of Alicia Andrews of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio is now underway in a Tampa courtroom.The state alleges that Andrews acted as a lookout while the victim was celebrating his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later cornered the rapper in a hotel parking lot.A group of armed men allegedly opened fire, taking his
